Nguyen Bich Ngoc is the Vietnam Country Manager at the Future Energy Storage & System Integration Alliance (FESSIA). She is a seasoned government relations and public policy professional with over 12 years of experience navigating Vietnam's regulatory, political, and business landscape. Her career spans important roles in government agencies, consulting, and the renewable energy sector, giving her a unique ability to bridge the interests of policymakers, investors, industry stakeholders, and development partners. She has developed deep expertise in energy policy, regulatory affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategic advocacy, and partnership development, with a particular focus on renewable energy, energy transition, and sustainable development.  

Prior to FESSIA, Ngoc served as Government Relations Manager at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), one of the world's leading renewable energy investment firms. She executed government engagement and policy advocacy efforts for offshore wind development in Vietnam, working closely with ministries, the National Assembly, provincial authorities, state-owned enterprises, and industry associations. Before joining CIP, Ngoc advised multinational corporations, investors, and international organisations at Asia Group Advisors, where she led public policy and government relations initiatives across energy, sustainability, and other highly regulated sectors. Previously, Ngoc began her career with the Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, where she contributed to policy development, international cooperation, and major donor-funded programs on marine governance, environmental protection, and climate resilience.  

She holds master’s degrees in environmental policy and project management and is widely recognised for her extensive network, strategic insight, and strong understanding of Vietnam's evolving energy and policy landscape.
