About
As clean energy deployment accelerates across ASEAN, electricity systems must evolve to integrate higher shares of variable renewable energy while maintaining stability, reliability, and security.
This half-day event will mark the launch of FESSIA’s inaugural report on utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), offering regional stakeholders clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
Bringing together stakeholders from across the energy ecosystem—including BESS industry players, policymakers, utilities, investors, and market analysts—the session will explore the commercial viability of BESS, the regulatory frameworks required to scale deployment, and its critical role in enabling grid flexibility and system integration in Asia’s energy transition.
The event will also feature the official unveiling of the FESSIA logo and the introduction of our Founding Members.
